Capella Advisors was founded with the goal of serving healthcare companies on strategic planning and commercialization issues (e.g., launch planning, forecasting, pricing and managed care strategy development).
Our structure enables us to offer a unique value proposition. One of the most important aspects of this value proposition is focused leadership. Partners (senior leaders of teams) work on no more than 2 projects at a time, compared with five and more efforts for partners at larger firms.We also have a database of over 18,000 physicians and other experts that respond to our calls for quantitative and qualititative research.
Our smaller size also helps us ensure the quality of our work. All of our teams are staffed with an MD, or a Ph.D., and often both. All of our people have previous consulting or practical industry experience.
